STUPID VALENTINES DAY
So yeah, this is my submission for GDKO Round 2 which I have complete in 4 days and less than 10 hours of collective effort.
Most of the art is done by me except the tileset. I used Kenneys scribble platformer.
The story: Find the gifts planted by your girlfriend and meet her for a lovely Valentines Day outing!
My pitch to judges:
Was the story clear, original and engaging? The story is clear and original. I have never seen a game on this. Engaging? Yes, I hope Poki and Coco get engaged and married XD
Did the game include a non main character animal essential to game ? YeAAAH? Isn't Meep the goodest boi helping out Poki to stay loyal and solve puzzles?
Did the game include well thought out projectile mechanics? Yeaaaahup. Throwing the bone to lure Meep is the mechanics used.
Did the story projectile and animal fit together well? Yes, Meep helped to progress and stay loyal. Meep was running after his favorite bone(the projectile). The story is on loyalty and trust. So yeah
Was the game free from bugs? I have not found any yet. Anything you feel is a bug is actually a feature ;)
