Need more story

Yup, this is just a rudimentary prototype

New bug I found was that if I was standing in a spot where a shadow block spawned while I spawned it I would get stuck

Neat game! I thought it was quite well put together. Keep making games!

Bugs thread:

Some feedbacks that are noted are to be fixed in future :

  1. Tutorial is a bit confusing and should persist longer. A button to open tutorial screen whenever required will be helpful
  2. Standing on objects while creating shadow moves the wizard to the shadow's spawn point
  3. Smoother transition to cutscene
  4. Adding a different game over and game victory screen.

Although default mode is currently not use much, it will be used when crafting spells (will be added in future)


[EDIT 2:] World boundary is absent in the version i uploaded (my bad 😦 ) So if you go left at the start of the level player will fall down.


[EDIT 3:] Looks like mushroom count is not getting reset to 0 if game restarts. (edited)

If your wizard pops and then you come back to home screen, you died. But if your wizard is alive you come back to home screen, it means you won. Could not add a separate game over screen because of time constraints.
